Lightweight putty machine

This machine is specially designed for applying UV putty to the surface of flat panels. It uses a rubber roller to apply the putty, a steel roller to meter the putty quantity, a set of steel rollers to reverse-roll the putty, and a paint pump to recirculate the material.
Line speed 2–18 m/min, quick-release rubber roller, high production efficiency.
Coating amount 8–30g, adjustable, thin and uniform film, good coating effect.
Feed speed adjustment, panel thickness setting, paint heating, intelligent controller, simple and practical operation.
Steel roller and rubber roller can be optionally equipped with motor lifting; emergency start-up lifting protection for the rubber roller, interlocking protection, three-phase five-wire power supply system, safe operation.
